ASO Kit

Do your own ASO — a one-time price, not a $79/month tool

Store rankings are decided by keywords, metadata, screenshots, reviews and release cadence — a process, not a dashboard. The entry plans of typical ASO tools cost $47–79 per month ($564–949 a year) just to look at the data. This kit is the doing layer: the two-store keyword SOP, char-limit-exact metadata worksheets, a screenshot copy deck, a policy-safe review-reply library, release checklists and a 100-point audit rubric you can re-run on every app you ship. One payment of $56 — no subscription.

What's inside the kit

One zip of plain Markdown, XLSX and CSV: a keyword workflow, per-store metadata worksheets, creative templates, a review-reply library, release checklists and an audit rubric — everything re-runs on every app and every release. No software to install, nothing to subscribe to.

Keyword workflow

The two-store keyword SOP

Seed → expand → score, written separately for the App Store and Google Play: how to harvest suggestions, judge difficulty, and score every term in the keyword funnel worksheet — with live formulas, a competitor gap sheet and a localization matrix for your top 5 locales.

Metadata

Char-limit-exact worksheets

Apple's 30-char title, 100-char subtitle and 100-char keywords field; Google Play's 30-char title and 80-char short description — one worksheet per store with field-by-field do/don'ts and before/after rewrites of three fictional apps.

Creatives

Screenshot copy deck + A/B sheets

Ten screenshot copy formulas with filled examples, an icon checklist, a preview-video storyboard template and an A/B test design sheet for Apple's Product Page Optimization and Google's Custom Store Listings.

Reviews

40+ reply situations, policy-safe

A reply library for the situations that actually happen — crashes, feature requests, angry one-stars, review bombing — written inside Apple's and Google's published rules, plus a rating-recovery playbook and a review-prompt UX checklist.

Release

The release-day cadence

A release-day checklist, an ASO changelog template, a 30-day post-launch calendar and an algorithm-update response SOP — because store optimization is work you re-run every release, not a dashboard you check once.

Audit & license

100-point rubric, white-label report

A scoreable 100-point audit rubric tied to a branded report template — agencies can run it as a paid client audit (pricing guide included). Single-buyer commercial license: your apps and your clients' apps, forever.

What this kit will never tell you

No ranking guarantees. Nobody outside Apple and Google can promise a top-10 slot — the algorithms change without notice. What the kit does is maximize the factors listings control (keyword targeting, metadata quality, conversion assets, review health) and give you the rubric and calendar to measure what changes.

No policy games. No keyword stuffing, no incentivized or fake reviews, no misleading metadata — the shortcuts that get apps rejected or delisted. Every policy-adjacent file links to Apple's and Google's official sources and reminds you to re-check them before you submit.

A process, not a database. The kit doesn't include a 30-million-keyword database — you'll work from free store suggestions and your own console data. What you get is the decision layer: how to score those inputs, what to write, and what to test next.

How you'll use it

First pass in about a week — then the same loop on every release.

Week 1 — audit & keywords

Score, then research

Run the 100-point rubric on your current listing, then work the keyword SOP and fill the funnel worksheet. You end the week knowing exactly which terms to chase.

Week 2 — rewrite & test

Metadata within real limits

Fill the per-store worksheets against the real char limits, draft screenshot copy from the ten formulas, and queue your first A/B test with the design sheet.

Every release — repeat

The cadence compounds

Ship with the release-day checklist, answer reviews from the library, log every change in the changelog. Re-audit each quarter — the rubric shows you the delta.

One price. You own the process.

No monthly plan, no per-seat fee, no keyword-count tier — ASO tools already charge enough of those.

Frequently asked questions

Is this an ASO tool?

No — and on purpose. ASO tools charge $47–79 per month per seat for data views: keyword volumes, competitor estimates, rank charts. This kit is the process layer they don't sell: how to pick terms, write metadata within the real limits, design screenshots, handle reviews and re-run the loop every release. It works alongside any tool you already pay for — or with nothing but the free stores and your own console data.

What exactly do I get?

A zip with plain files: 00-START-HERE.md (a one-week first pass), the keyword workflow SOP plus three worksheets with live formulas (funnel, competitor gap, localization matrix), per-store metadata worksheets, the creative pack (screenshot copy deck, icon checklist, video storyboard, A/B design sheet), the review pack (40+ reply library, rating-recovery playbook, prompt checklist), the release pack (day-of checklist, changelog template, 30-day calendar, algorithm-update SOP), the 100-point audit rubric with a white-label report, field-by-field console walkthroughs for App Store Connect and Google Play Console, and a buyer README + license. Markdown, XLSX and CSV — no software to install.

Will this get my app into the top 10?

No one can promise that, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. Store rankings mix relevance, conversion and signals outside your control. The kit maximizes what you control — targeting, metadata quality, screenshots, review health — and gives you the rubric to measure whether each release moves the numbers that matter: impressions, page views and downloads.

Does it cover both the App Store and Google Play?

Yes — the SOP, worksheets and walkthroughs are written per store, because the fields and limits genuinely differ: Apple gives you a 30-char title, a 100-char subtitle and a hidden 100-char keywords field; Google Play gives a 30-char title and an 80-char short description that counts for search. The localization matrix handles your top five locales on both stores.

Can I use it for client work?

Yes. The single-buyer commercial license covers your own apps and the apps you manage for clients, and the audit report template is white-label — remove our name, add yours, and the included pricing guide shows what agencies typically charge per audit. Reselling or sharing the kit files themselves isn't included.

What is the refund policy?

If the kit doesn't fit how you work, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we refund in full — the files are yours to keep or delete. One refund per purchase; we only ask for optional feedback.

Do I get updates?

Yes — every v1.x update (store limit changes, new templates, rubric tweaks) is free. Re-download any time from your download page with your email and password.

Your listing works 24/7. Make it earn it.
